Can't speak highly enough of this surgery, particularly Dr. Lennon and Dr. Preece who have overseen my care for the last 7 years. Excellent online system for booking appointments if you can't/don't want to call in to the surgery and easy repeat prescription service. Reception and pharmacy staff are informed and helpful.

I've been a few times. The service here compared to those in Stratford is so much better. I got a same day appointment for an urgent matter today. Very friendly staff and professional advice. The dispensary gave me the medicine I needed straight away. My wait time was short. Keep it up.

Unbelievable declining a service user for having mask exemption for the second time. It?s taken them six months to get the confidence to even book an appointment just to be treated like this again. This is appalling neglect from a medical service - this person desperately needs medical advice and will now not book again as a result of this poor treatment. I don?t believe this is even legal anymore. Quite frankly I don?t know how people who power trip like this can sleep at night knowing they could be the cause for severe ill health that could have easily been prevented. Do not use this medical provider!

Such a mixed review. One doctor extremely helpful (Dr.Jones) & the other(Dr.Cox)very rude and would not listen to my concerns. Another health professional who got things rolling for me in the last couple of weeks unfortunately does not work at the practice. Sod?s Law.Overall experience has not been very good.

I am so frustrated that the receptionist requested my husband with my 11-month-old kid to wait outside the practice with -1 degrees today. I do understand that many infections are on the rise at the moment, but that doesn't justify leaving the patients out freezing (especially when the patient is a baby). Very bad experience today, although I have to say usually it's not like that!

Reception staff are extremely rude and dismissive, I've had repeatedly question them in order to get them to simply check medical records in order to get the correct tests done. I've had this issue many times as have other people I know. It's really discouraging and I don't trust that any test done through this practice are done or sent correctly. I'll certainly be looking for a new practice asap!

Since everyone has got over the Pandemic, the service has been excellent. Shame we aren?t told why our ?usual? doctors are though - they had detailed knowledge of our being.

I have been with Hastings house all my life and shocked at the pure fact that you can not make an appointment in advance anymore even if to make one for the next day i am furious mainly because work places need to be told in advance
