Dropped my vehicle off at 8am for a full service, was told this would be available to pick up at lunch time. Contacted at lunch time to be told the car was on the ramp but not yet complete, and it will be another two hours. Then arrived at the service centre at 2:30pm and my vehicle was in the same spot I parked it in at 8am. So not only did I not get the service I had paid for, the service centre lied. 6.5 - 7 hours from drop off and the vehicle had not been touched.

Very helpful staff, sourced part quickly and booked in to have work done the next work day. Work carried out promptly and to high standard. Very happy, will return. Would recommend

Went here a couple of weeks ago to have new tyres fitted to my Audi. Whilst the price offered online was competitive, I was not impressed with the service overall. They didn?t call me when the car was ready and I had to call to check it was ready for pick up 30 minutes before they closed for the day. Since I had all 4 tyres changed I paid extra for wheel alignment. Now the car vibrates at certain speeds, so I had to go to a specialist to have them correctly re-aligned. Furthermore they didn?t completely remove the old weights from the wheels, so the balance on them was also slightly off. Would not recommend this location for tyres. The only positive thing I can say is that at least the tyres were new?

Absolutely NOT trustworthy. I booked Halford?s free brake check and brought my car in. Without even inspecting it, they told me the brake discs and pads needed replacing ? quoting £340. But here?s the shocking part: they were changed just 3 days earlier. They clearly didn?t run any proper diagnostic or test. It felt like they were just trying to scam me.
I expected better from a large, well-known brand like Halfords. Extremely disappointed.
If anyone from Halfords genuinely cares, feel free to contact me and offer a real brake test ? not a pre-planned sales pitch.

Awful service.
I pre booked over a week before before an air con regass. It takes less than an hour. It took them 5 hours to complete despite the guy at the desk saying it would be ?nearly done? two hours prior. They seem like they don?t care and that?s not good enough when they?re messing up people?s days. Won?t be coming back.

I always end up at this Halfords branch because of their availability, and I'm always glad I do. The team are very efficient, and very kind. Previously they have stayed late to finish a repair for me which was very much appreciated, and today they were extremely patient with me as I had issues with payment that took a while to resolve, and a few attempts at the card reader!
They are fast, they are reliable, they are reasonably priced, and next time I'll be coming back specifically for their service.

Such lovely staff, I called today as one of my brake dust shields had come loose and was noisy when driving, and they fixed it the same day for me, I paid them in biscuits as it only took 10 mins to fix, I would recommend this centre as they always go above and beyond for thier customers ?

Recently had my MOT here, and failed. However, when the technician explained to me one of the issues, I clearly did not understand. So upon return I had fixed just one issue, not both. I apologised for my mistake as the technician became rather irate that there had been a misunderstanding. He then told me I ?needed an auto electrician? as he had tried to replace a headlight bulb which had not fixed the issue. He also was sure to mention that he had worked doing this for 20 years, so I should just shut up and listen. As I do all the work to my car myself, I did a self assessment when I got home, where I found that the bulb was blown, and the replacement was £3 for 2 bulbs. I would hate to imagine what might have happened if I didn?t work on my own car, and I don?t even want to think about all the people who don?t work on their cars waste because of this ignorant technician. DO NOT GO HERE. I will never be returning.

The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable but there is a but. I dropped my car off for three tyres and was told it would be ready in the hour. I returned 1hr 15 mins later to find my car in the air with three wheels off. It was over an hour extra until the car was returned to me. It doesn't take over 2 hours to change three tyres
