I like this shop, but it doesn?t like customers!!Seriously understocked. Staff appear to unhappy (one is quite rude and keeps talking on the radio whilst serving!). I believe this shop is suffering from higher (above store level) management issues. Those managers, I believe, have forgotten the importance of customer service and that begins with looking after your staff.Happy staff means all they can do is done better.Help the staff by providing the stock.I?ve started taking some of my money to Sainsbury?s. It?s cheaper and the product is on the shelves.Some of the staff here are fantastic (most are great), but I believe they are run down by a difficult to work in system that?s putting the customer against them, which is not fair.Please tell me I?m wrong?You cannot sell what isn?t on the shelf.I really like the wider aisles that gives an airy feel.I also like the use of the self serve unpacked food, but without any decent container or bag to use, I haven?t used them in a while. (Those cheap appear bags are pointless).Maybe you could sell some environmentally friendly reusable containers (ready to go)? FYI: the containers you do sell will need washing and can we use them; before we paid? I recommend a re-think to make this more suitable to customers.It?s a shame the shop is being let down. The reward scheme seems good, but the prices are really really high to begin with, so unsure if I?m actually saving.Another bug bear for me - the same item is often for sale on different shelves, sometimes at different prices!! Apparently this planning done in an office somewhere? let the store manager?s manage the store, they know best what customers want, your software isn?t good enough..It?s just my opinion based on my personal experience of the last near 12 months of using this store?. It just like the massively overpriced Shell garage, I?m being encouraged to go out the village to spend money.Edit:I have spoken with the temp manager Gary (who also manages another store). He understands the issues with the store and is working with the store staff and senior managers to make improvements. It may take a month or 3. One star added for his communication and time given to explain and converse about the issues present.

machines never work, things are too overpriced, staff aren?t friendly whatsoever, always a mess, never stock up on time etc. honestly going to the one stop is way better, it?s way cheaper. same with Sainsbury?s

What is going on with the Wellesbourne Coop, it's such a mess, rammed with stock all over the place, shelves are stacked over head and it makes it feel cramped, dark and unsafe. The layout is very difficult to navigate and you find yourself wondering around bewildered at why there are three confectionery areas, two store cupboard areas, not at all connected or categorised according to product.The fresh orange juice machine is good, they have weigh your own dried products such as flour and nuts, and have a good selection of alternative optios and vegan produce and ethical alternatives. They have fresh bread and meat from local butchers in the fridges.The new self checkouts are good for que busting and easy to use, there is usually plenty of parking. The Happy shopper service is great!There is a cashpoint outside by the community notice board and laundry machines around the other side of the carpark which are useful.Unfortunately the prices are high, many of the staff appear unhappy, and the bloody women who mutters down her head set constantly is truly rude and has terrible Customer service, I avoid when she is working the till.l swear she has muttered down the headset that I should have brought my own bag when I've asked for a carrier bag before!!This used to be a pleasant store, now I have no idea what's going on and unfortunately I don't like going in there anymore. I hope they sort it out!

Came away for a business trip forgot my tooth brush, this was my local shop, well stocked helpful staff. Very impressed with store.

A unique shopping experience with make your own milkshake and frozon yoghurt machines at the front with local produce also sold nearby. Made a real change from conventional supermarkets
