Went into your Co-op this morning as I do most days. I asked if I could borrow the black basket as I had forgotten my bag . The person on the till said yes I said thanks I will bring it back tomorrow. I was told can't do that as you will be chased. I was disgusted . So I am trusted to come in most days and spend my money but not trusted to bring a basket back the following day. You don't get this attitude in the other shops in Reardon Court they are so helpful. I now will not spend my money in your shop again. Carole

The store is amazingly clean and everything is neatly displayed. The collaboration with Olio showing yellow ticket reduced price items on their app is a great way to fight waste. I paid at the self serve checkout but was personally thanked by the lady behind the till.

Staff seem reluctant to man the tills. Quite often I am in there and people are having to find staff to serve. Also croissants are very rarely available in the fresh bakery before 8.00am.

I went into the store today to use the pay point to collect my 91 year old mothers heating allowance. The young girl at the till said I?m not doing that. I asked why and she said there wasn?t enough cash on site. Really £75 ? I said surly as a pay point you have £75 ? She then shrugged her shoulders and said, it?s not my problem. I was gobsmacked at her attitude. As I left the store I turned around and saw her smirking at me. Wow customer service at its finest NOT. I certainly won?t be returning. I then went to a pay point at a small corner shop who had £75 on site and managed to be friendly and helpful ????

Well stocked Coop with #ATM there is often a queue at the #ATM so it is good to be patient especially if it is raining.
