My daughters school shoes were not fitting correctly. Julie provided excellent advice and customer service, she exchanged my daughters shoes without any hesitation. Very knowledgeable lady who was willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Julie

Absolutely disappointed. I and my daughter went in for an emergency school shoe shopping this afternoon. There were two junior staff standing behind the till, one said “ Just to let you know we are about to close”, I realised the time so said “ok can we just have a look and leave?” She said “You have 30 seconds”.... read full comment
