A good place to grab something quick. During the week it is not very crowded, on the weekend it is very busy and it is difficult to find a parking space.
Parking: It's hard to find a place on the weekend.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, not recommended for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it has an adapted door and good access.

Best coffee by far, food is always excellent but the place is really dirty and the staff are so rude and ignorant. The management seriously need to address the cleanliness and customer service.

Regularly pop in here with my pooch for lunch when shopping, the staff are always friendly and helpful
The one downside is the tables aren't as clean as they should be.

Way too warm indoors. Chocolate ? bars melting on the counter.

came in with my friend just for two iced coffees. A lady in a red trainee barista shirt(long brown hair,tattoos) quite rude,didn?t say hello,just said ?what can I get you? in a rude manner and wasn?t at all friendly,looked as if she didn?t care.. The toilet was also not cleaned and quite filthy she gave us our drinks, one was an Oat Milk iced latte, and the other was a decafe coconut sugar free vanilla iced latte. She gave us both the wrong ones,no label or stickers to indicate which was which.. won?t be returning.

Disorganised. Queue forming and half the staff (2 of four) making no effort to support their colleagues; lots of faffing and looking busy.Standard, expected Nero (coffee) Product received, eventually.
