Pharmacy is unorganised chaos. Acute prescription sent on Friday, item out of stock. This I fully understand and agreed to return Saturday. I arrived midday Saturday to give ample time and was told by Vanessa that the item was there but hadn?t been sorted and return at 4pm!
I returned at 4pm as instructed to find boots now closed until Monday morning! Thanks for wasting my time! It?s a good job I wasn?t collecting an antibiotic! As well as inconvenience of keep taking my newborn there

Pharmacists are highly professional. In 5 to 15 minutes you will get the meds if you have a prescription.The store (sale)staffs are rude. They would only greet white people, wouldn't respond to your greetings. They are not professional at all... no patience, no sympathy or empathy towards their customers who struggle with illness:(

Excellent. Visited Tesco pharmacy and had a very poor experience. Decided to try Boots and could not have been treated better. Knowledgeable staff, very polite and keen to help. Thank you.

Closed at 4.15pm on a Saturday makes collecting prescription somewhat difficult - will move my default chemist elsewhere
