Mr Happy. Always found the staff to be helpful and cheerful. However, on Thursday I visited the store. There is a man outside who's job appears to be to collect the trolleys from the carpark, when I went to collect a trolley he was leaning against one row and watched without offering to help as I struggled to pull two trolleys apart. He continued to stand there making me have to struggle to get my trolley past him into the store! I am not sure what he does - if anything. This person who seems to work only part time could at least pick up the rubbish in the carpark. When I came out of the store he was still leaning on the trolleys, so I left mine in the middle of the carpark in full view of him so he has something to do!
