We have been visiting M&C Washford Mill for many years with great food and steaks, sadly on this occasion we were very disappointed with our starter of belly pork, £9.50 for two tiny little strips of belly pork. I have had this many times before and is one of my favourites but when questioned about the portion size I was informed that?s how it comes which as a repeat customer I know is just not true, the main and drinks were fine but service and lack of care was poor.

Maisey is an asset to this restaurant. Really refreshing to hear someone who makes conversation so well and pleasant. Her attention to detail was great and she couldn?t do enough for us. My wife and I went to celebrate my birthday and we normally visit 2-3 times a year.
Maisey?s Customer service was by far the best we have had over the years here. Not that we have had any bad experiences but this one definitely stood out ?

Amazing experience this evening, came out for date night for the first time in years and it was worth the wait! Food was delicious and to top it off our server Emily W surprised us with a dessert for my birthday ? wonderful night and can?t wait to return!

We went last night, all four of us enjoyed great food and great service from Amy. We had recently received some bad news and a member of staff, Lottie, saw us upset, she asked if she could help in any way and was so kind and understanding, before we left she came over with a gift for us, such a lovely thing to do.

Our server Emily W was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming, food was fantastic, cooked beautifully. We were celebrating some amazing GCSE results and Emily surprised our teen with a gorgeous congratulations dessert! Such a nice touch. Thank you ?

We enjoyed a beautiful evening meal for our anniversary. Jane was our waitress and she was lovely. Very friendly and attentive with a great sense of humour. Our party of 6 had a fantastic night and we will definitely return soon.
