Quite possibly the worst cakes ever. The American coffee cake wasn?t fully baked and the date slice had me hunting for flavour but was nowhere to be found. Even the Assam tea was lacking in aroma. Such a disappointing expenditure, how hard is it to get tea and cakes so wrong Whittard?

How amazing we can sample our curious favourites... We sample the Raspberry Hot Chocolate. Who knew we bought one straight away. All the staffs very friendly.

Very helpful staff member, she helped me with the items I needed when my toddler was having a wobble, can't wait to try the hot chocolates.

Great place & great staff except for one, young asian girl tutting, shaking her head and eye rolling over a tiny spillage that my 10 year old son made at the sample section, I saw her reaction and offered to clean up the 8 droplets myself but there was more huffing and puffing that she will do it. We spent £10 in store and other male staff members was very helpful. Not acceptable reaction over such a tiny spillage. Store and staff 5*? that particular member of staff 1*

This is a lovely store and one of my favourite Whittard stores. The customer service was genuinely friendly and helpful and it was great that we could try several different drinks before buying. We left with the sticky toffee pudding chocolate and the lychee and mango tea. Thank you for a good experience

I recently popped in to this store to discuss the job opening they had advertised in their window, I spoke to a women who had a gentleman standing besides her and she informed me that they were taking cvs and would be interviewing ASAP but on leaving the store I overheard the man mention the way I was dressed and the two of them not so subtly laughed before I'd even made it out of earshot, it was disheartening to say the least and I did not apply for a role there as I felt truly put off by their attitude
