I unfortunately had to close my business due to Covid and approached Westbridge to handle the sale of both my premises. Richard sold the smaller of the two very quickly and the larger building which was going to be a more awkward sale went through from offer to completion in a staggering 8 DAYS !!!!!! Richard was there for me throughout the whole process and I would happily recommend his services .

Great from start to finish, one of the very few that bothered replying to an email to sort a viewing out (some of us can't spend time on the phone during the day).So that was a good start, prompy appointment, Richard was great showing us round and what we needed to see.Throughout it all Sephie who was my main point of contact was amazing, speedy at replying to emails, nothing was ever too much for her and found out everything we needed to know.Completing the let was easy, everything done via email and signing etc. was painless. Handover from Richard again quick and painless.Would recommend, a friendly service even over email and just got the stuff done without fuss!
