I just visited this place today August 24th 2025 with my mother. We came here specifically for some vegan products that we can't get just anywhere! Usually the staff are polite and helpful but today the checkout boy was very rude and didn't even acknowledge my presence even after I spoke directly to him to say hello. He avoided eye contact and piled our goods up as if to rush us out of the store. Completely unprofessional.

I have been meaning to write to specifically thank Claire who often works on the Information Desk. She went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with a purchase via the Waitrose Collect in Store service and was extremely helpful and adept at solving a number of issues for us that day. Claire is a real CREDIT to your business.

Most the time always good, queues go down quite quick. I always use self scan and the staff are very prompt and helpful. Parking is always good also

Nice store on the southern edge of Stratford upon Avon. Plenty of free parking. Café. Coffee machine for the free drinks. Expensive compared to other supermarkets, but then everyone knows that before setting foot inside. It is the ONLY supermarket in the vicinity apart from a tiny local Co-op about a mile away. For all OTHER supermarkets you have to cross town getting embroiled in the traffic, which would cost you fuel and time (& no free coffee!!).
