After needing a quick turnaround and sale for my property Tom and the team were really good. The images taken were top notch and they kept both the buyer and myself in the loop at all times and ran communication between us quickly and effectively. He was really good at negotiation and handled everything in his stride. I can?t recommend them enough.

As first time buyers we were quite nervous about the house buying process but Tom from Vaughan Reynolds was brilliant at every stage of process and helped it all run smoothly and quickly. From first viewing to exchange he has always promptly answered any questions we had, updated us and explained everything very clearly along the process. We chose Vaughan Reynolds to sell our house because Tom Miles had spent a great deal of time trying to find us a new home and had impressed us with his selling skills. They didn?t disappoint. We achieved our asking price from the second viewing and it was smooth sailing until exchange of contracts. Everyone we came into contact with was helpful and professional and we believe they are head and shoulders above many of the other agents in the area. We would highly recommend them.

The Vaughan Reynolds Team are efficient and professional, dedicating themselves to smoothing the process of our house sale. Matt's sales negotiating skills are really impressive - and we ended up achieving the exact outcome that he had predicted - finding us a buyer on Day One of the process. I was particularly impressed by Abbie's integrity and attention to detail at every stage of selling our (thatched) property. She patiently and professionally coordinated communication across the whole chain. In essence, she was the glue that held the process together.I can't recommend Vaughan Reynolds enough.

The service we received from the team at Vaughan Reynolds in selling our house was fantastic. Not only are they very professional and care about the details (the photographs and videos they create are amazing compared to the local competition) but they?re also polite, conscientious and understanding about selling your home whilst still trying to manage your busy family life with young children.All of the team are so friendly and you can tell they all want to do the best for you. Of course they are providing a service and need to make money, but I never once had even a whiff of high pressure sales which shows they are brimming of confidence and have years of knowledge and experience of what works best in the local housing market.I couldn?t rate the team at Vaughan Reynolds enough and I trust them.Ultimately their dedication and hard work spoke for itself within weeks as our house sold quickly in a difficult market. Having encountered many Estate Agents during our house move, we are so glad we chose Vaughan Reynolds to sell our home and help us find a new one. Moving house is invariably a very stressful experience but the professionalism, empathy and courteousness of the staff was so reassuring and helpful that we are very glad we chose them. The service I have received from Vaughn Reynolds has been superb.I have used other well established estate agents in Stratford in the past, who were fine, but Tom and his colleagues at Vaughn Reynolds are head and shoulders above the competition.Communication was excellent. I would receive a text or email updating me on viewings, offers etc. With any urgent matters, Tom would call immediately. When 2 identical offers were received, I was advised on the best way forward, which I agreed and left in the agent?s hands. Within a couple of days a higher than asking price offer was accepted. It took less than 2 months from me appointing them to completion of the sale.They know the local market very well and I recommend them highly.
