Still waiting on a refund for over a month. After being told by the consultant I can have bonding done take the money. See the densit oh no you can?t have this done? but don?t want to give me my money back. Been a headache from the beginning still chasing this !!

This dentist is probably one of the best I've been to, they make you feel completely comfortable. All staff there very welcoming and give you the treatment plan that's needed for you.

Had excellent customer service, Grace and Angelene were professional and very friendly on the desk, and we had a lovely chat while I was waited. I met the manager Amy who was lovely.
My dentist and nurse (sorry I forgot their names) were great made me feel relaxed.
I loved the chilled environment. Highly recommend

Amazing experience had today , receptionist was lovely, practice manager went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The dentist was also very thorough and explained through everything. Highly recommend to anyone, definitely made me not fear coming to the dentist anymore ! ?

This place is absolutely beautiful ? all pink and so charming! The professionals are amazing: skilled, sweet, and caring. Prices are fair, and I felt truly well taken care of from start to finish. Honestly, it?s the best place in the city for dental cleaning. I highly recommend it!

took my 4 year old boy to have his tooth removed yesterday, never ever again, my poor baby was screaming in absolute agony for about half hour, dentist just kept saying he's just anxious and he couldn't feel it, my poor baby kept screaming for him to stop and to get off him and all the dentist did was hold my child and kept telling him to open his mouth while proceeding to pull his tooth out, it didn't matter what I said to them they continued to do this. it got to the point where someone outside cake into the building threatening to call the police because they could hear what was happening for someone on reception to come and tell the dentist he needed to stop, I have never ever seen him in that state before and i hope to never see him like that again, he will never be getting near my child again. management ect did apologise and a referral was put through to the hospital to finish the job but my 4 year old has been left traumatized and keeps talking about the bad man as he calls him now.

Do not let them touch your teeth!!!
I was recommended by someone to go to them!! I?m glad I went and only had 1 appointment and spent no money!!
I went for a consultation for composite bonding, they said I wasn?t able to have it done and needed Invisalign or the brand they use ?spark? i think it?s called.
They said I needed it for both upper and lower teeth which was fine by me as they said I needed to correct my bite.
Went in for the actual appointment for them to check over my teeth and guess what!!
They told me I had GUM DISEASE!!
They told me then to come back after 1 month to see orthodontist
I left shocked and worried.
Decides to get a second opinion from a private dentist they checked my teeth x rayed my teeth and told me there is no gum disease present and that I just needed a filling and they where happy for me to have Invisalign just on my upper teeth.
Avoid these people as I don?t think they have a clue!!
