I went in and showed a photo of a choppy, layered look and came out with a cut pretty much all one length which will need cutting again. I'd paid extra in the hope of having a positive experience and was very disappointed. I asked the hairdresser to add some more layers and he just cut a bit of a long fringe. His other...
