Honestly if I could go 0 stars I would wish I?d never even poped into this store the worker did more damage to my watch and 2 months later timpson have had my watch for repair at head office and we are now further along sadly now having to pursue legal action don?t be me decide on an actual watch specialist

Superb service, what a discovery. Broken VW van key sorted in 15 minutes, for a fraction of the cost I was expecting to have to pay to get fixed. Great job ? Highly recommend!

took my brothers expensive watch to have the glass replaced. guy didnt take a name just phone number which thought was odd but fine- said he would call the week after to come pick up. No call happened so thought id pop in and check all was ok. He spent 10mins unable to find the watch, checking safes and bags. Kept asking what name it was under and ignoring that i said he never took my name. Eventually found the watch chucked into the back of a tool drawer untouched. Couldnt believe it. Took the watch back and said was going elsewhere and there was no apology nothing to rectify. Left in shock by the customer service i did not receive ?

Four standard keys. All the same. Yale. £30. Is it me or is that really expensive. And he charged 50 p each for four plastic coloured key tops where others would give them free.

Just went to Timpsons today.Needed to have 2 keys cut for work.Was served by a lovely lady who was very cheery and welcoming. I was in and out within a few minutes and the keys work perfectly.Thank you very much for the quick, professional and friendly service provided. Won?t hesitate to use again
