The golf course is great. It is tricky with most holes being lined by trees but it was extremely well kept! The greens were a little fast which added to the challenge.
I would definitely play here again.

Rooms was absolutely disgusting and there were spiders everywhere. Hotel is refusing to process a refund or even apologise for this. They are dismissive and uncooperative. STAY AWY FROM THIS HOTEL

Attended a wedding reception last weekend. The gluten free offering was abysmal: small piece of ham or smoked salmon on dry bread!; no butter!! Small chicken kebab and falafel that looked like it came from farm foods. About £2 worth of food when over £40per head was paid for the buffet. Absolutely disgraceful offering. If you're thinking of using this place for your wedding or party, take my advice, steer clear.

One of the best value for money golf courses in the country in my opinion.
Great variation in holes with plenty of undulation which keeps the whole round interesting and doesn?t make it a precession of straight par 4s unlike some other courses.
The greenskeepers do an exceptional job keeping this place in a great condition, despite the really arid weather this year. It?s only getting better with the ongoing upgrades of all the bunkers to lovely white sand as well. Mega job.
Play here regularly and consistently beats other courses I?ve played in the midlands at near or more than double the cost!
Highly recommend if you?re looking for a great value 18 holes

Very dog friendly! Flooring in the bar and eating areas are tiled, outside is a lovely place to sit with your dog too.
We ordered food and thoroughly enjoyed it! Wagyu burger cooked beautifully, soup and brie wedge was delicious ?

Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting. Stayed here for our son?s wedding. Rooms were comfortable and perfect for the Wedding guests. Breakfast was first class.

This institution clearly does not want people staying in the hotel. They treat you like filth throughout.
I was assaulted by the manager when leaving because I objected to him being rude to my family. Absolutely awful place do not stay here.

I had the pleasure of attending our ships company reunion this weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the staff were tremendous and so was the food.

We had a one night stay here, the bed was a great size and comfortable to sleep in - the pillows were great, so much so we plan to buy some for our own bed! The shower had great water pressure which meant for a lovely long shower! When we arrived we were met with a warm welcome and was quick and simple to do so.Noteworthy details: Really not far from the centre of Stratford upon Avon

Went for a couple of days break as its close to Stratford, nice enough place, upgraded to a better room but not sure its was worth the £125 a night B+B, no Wifi in this room so worth checking if you need it.Rooms: Luxury room was clean, nice bathroom, cozy bed, relaxing with a touch of older building style.Nearby activities: About a 15min drive to Stratford so close enough by car, Warwick castle not too far.Food & drinks: Similar menu each day with not much change, expect to pay between £60-£80 for a meal for two.

Could easily be 5 starsLikes: Clean; well maintained; reception lady was super helpful; bath, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Just nicely far enough out of town whilst still only being a short drive / taxi ride. The breakfast is honestly outstanding and the best hotel breakfast we've experienced in a long, long time. Worth every penny. Staff are all attentive without being overbearing.Overall a very good overnight / short break choice.Dislikes: Heating not on in February (tried adjusting the thermostatic valves on the radiator and no effect) Ironically there's a fan in room to keep you cool...;10am checkout is the earliest we've ever encountered, and means an early rise if you want to squeeze breakfast in before packing to leave (Sunday).Definitely recommend, but with caveats.
