Terrible service no help whatsoever. Very helpful when purchasing. No interest in providing technical support there after.....

I have resorted to delivery from Tescos since first lockdown and would like to publicly thank the wonderful drivers who without exception have arrived with a smile, had a quick chat whilst I have put shopping in my bags and have been doing a wonderful job of keeping us elderly people supplied with groceries and safe. Thank you all, you are appreciated.

Visited today first time since lockdown. It seems no one takes notice of social distancing - many members of staff included in that! Queuing to get to the till with someone right behind me who was not

I have been a loyal customer of Tesco (Clubcard No 634004 0290 0355 6835) for as long as I remember. Because of my age I can't go to my local store (Stratford on Avon) and, because I have never shopped online I can't get a delivery slot to be able to get my weekly shop. I feel let down. I have posted this in the hope that someone in authority will see it and help, please.

Excellent service

Staff are generally very helpful and knowledgable especially on customer services desk, although check out queues are usually time-consuming. I know this isn't specific to Stratford, but money exchange doesn't seem as competitive as it used to be As supermarkets go, generally a pleasant shopping experience.

I have always found that this large Tesco store is busy but well stocked. the staff are always busy but willing to help. A recently completed refit has not really improved the stores layout. The products from the fresh food counters are always of good quality. there are plenty of checkouts but at busy times it seems that its a struggle to open enough to met the demand. the cafe although busy does not serve very high quality food.

A fairly large Tesco's, on the outskirts of Stratford this sells most of what you would need in your weekly shop. There is a Pharmacy based within the store, which is great if you have a prescription, or just needs some help with a medical issue and haven't had the chance to get anywhere due to work. The store doesn't have the greatest of layouts, and the members of staff are not the most helpful. There always tends to be lots of space on the shelves from where they have not restocked, and this is disappointing, especially as they seem to not stock up the items on offer most of the time. There are always queues at the checkouts, and regardless of Tesco's saying that they will open up more checkouts if over three people are queing they never do, and there are always at least 5 checkouts not in use whilst the queues are stretching half way up some aisles. The cafe is always busy, with dirty tables. The carpark is a really good size, with plenty of disabled parking and family bays. I would recommend that if this is your local Tesco shop online and get them to fight their way around and deliver the goods to you.
