Very miserable attitude from the young female colleague towards my youngest daughter. Asked if there was any extra foundation on the under slide draw to which her response was we don't open them when every other store in the uk they do! Eventually when we convinced her to check, boom, turned out there was a shed load of additional stock that my daughter wanted.
Can't remmeber the young ladys name but if you aint happy in your job then it's best to move on and find something you enjoy.

Overcharged and terrible service. I bought 4 items and one was a higher price than expected. No help from the cashier, and I thought I may have made a mistake, so I paid. Went to check the item and it was indeed a lower price than I had been charged. The original cashier got a young girl to deal with the refund, which, after about 4 attempts, she could not do. Adam the assistant manager came and dealt with the refund. No apology, and then the first cashier said it was my fault for paying for it! Being as I think charging more for an item than advertised is against the law this was a bit rich! I will stick to Boots from now on.

I visited your store on 18/8/2021 I was very upset and tearful having just had a very unpleasant experience in Boots. One of your store colleagues was really kind to me going above and beyond her role to help me in my distress. I?m sorry I didn?t get her name but she definitely made my visit better and advised me where to go. So many thanks ?

Excellent product range and service. Jessica was particularly friendly and knowledgeable. Still enjoy taking a minute to look down the old well in the middle of the shop.
