Went in Sunday 17th Stratford-Upon-Avon, had my hair cut by a lady with long blonde hair (Lisa?) she listened as I said I really didn?t want it cut too much - the last time I went in the young lady who cut it took too much off. This time, albeit there was only a dusting of hair on the floor, that was PERFECT, as that was what I wanted! Thank you for listening.

2nd time I've booked online and it means nothing. Waited 3/4 hours and still not seen. Apparently when you book online (it doesn't dhow up. ???). Not returning

Roxie is a gem. She?s the only person who is allowed to touch my hair. She always cuts my hair the way I want it. We can always have a giggle and a friendly gossip.

Normally have no issues whatsoever, however I went first thing yesterday morning and there was only one staff member on, and had to leave due to parking. Went back in the afternoon when the app said I had 18 mins before my appointment, and then was told there was another person ahead of me still, checked the app to see what it said and it said 50 mins to my appointment. I had a txt message to say they were ready for me and they weren't. I explained what the app had come up with and she said don't rely on that just ignore it ?.Had to get my son to pay for more parking as I'd waited nearly an hour again. When it was my turn she asked what I wanted so explained, and also told her she could cut it shorter and she said no because it wouldn't look right...I've since found long hairs at home and have had to snip them off.

I have always visited this salon and Lisa is great however never seems to be there now so maybe she has gone but on my most recent visit I have experienced the worst hair cut I have ever had by a lady who clearly has no idea how to cut hair. I left the salon distraught at how terrible my hair looked. Safe to say I would not recommend and would be never visit again.

Lisa, Roxie and Charlie were friendly as ever! It was Charlie's first day (I wouldn't have guessed!) and she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. The team at Supercuts Stratford never fail to impress and are always so friendly and chatty ??

Popped in hoping for a wash and cut. Sam was fantastic. She did what I asked for. I'm very happy with the result. Additionally, my 2 n half yr old daughter came along. Sam included her, talking to her about what she was doing. This was encouraging for when I need to get her hair cut. Overall it was a great experience.
