I had a truly awful experience here. I ordered from here on Just Eat and it was saying it has been delivered but I still hadn't received my order. I was staying in a hotel so I asked reception if they received delivery from Subway and they said they haven?t so I am still not sure where that order is till this day. This took about 3 hours all together including waiting for the food and trying to figure out where it might be. I had to end up asking for a refund instead as this was stressing me out. The most upsetting part was the behaviour of the manager who goes by the name of ?Sue?. When I rang the store for an update on my order, I was met with rudeness and complete indifference. Instead of offering assistance, Sue seemed frustrated with my questions and was dismissive of my concerns. I felt completely ignored and belittled. She was raising her voice, talking over me and not listening to what I had to say and talking down to me which made me feel stupid.
It was shocking to be treated this way, especially by someone in a leadership role. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.
I strongly hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their management team. Based on how I was treated, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this Subway store to anyone.

Asked for some more jalapeños on my sandwich today and was told they would charge me extra. He produces to count the peppers on my sandwich all 6 of them and told me that?s the limit and won?t give me and more. What a joke!!

They are scanning everyone, charging more than the sandwiches are. And the owner is very rude, making people feel like they are idiots. They pay no mind to their own recipes so when you choose your own salads they charge you even more. I don't recommend going there to anyone.

Rude staff barely puts any salad on have to ask for more of everything every time we visit only to have smug comments made. If I ask for a type of salad I expect it to cover the whole sandwich not just one bit at the end

Put down as Uber eats order in Warwick and then didn?t tell me they were Stratford I didn?t know and made me pay five pounds delivery extra. So been waiting an hour and a half for my food to deliver and still not got it yet. Maybe it?s my fault for not checking but surely shouldn?t be on the website in my area or shouldn?t be so misleading. Lady wouldn?t let me have my food unless I paid the fiver so here I am like a goon waiting paid a fiver because I was hungry asf

SCAM. This franchise took my money for an online collection order and were then closed due to a ?technical error? when I arrived. As a result, I contacted the franchise and HO and provided my bank details as requested. However, they have still not provided me with a refund over 1 month later. AVOID - SCAM.

I recently visited the Subwayand had a very disappointing experience. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff member who served me was absolutely rude. She seemed uninterested in helping and made me feel unwelcome. This is not the kind of service I expect from Subway, and I hope management takes steps to improve customer service at this location.

Discusting behaviour towards a customer today ! Blonde female.member of staff completely humiliated and upset a mother and her children with personal remarks absolutely shocking behaviour!!! And no reason what so ever !!! Noted by other customers too !! I will personally be writing a letter of complaint !!!No one should be subject to behaviour like this especially.by staff members !!! Should be ashamed
