Visited 2-3 weeks ago with my teenage son after visiting Shakespeare?s house. Two Cookies were hard as cardboard. Staff were not friendly making sandwiches for my son and added some ingredients to charge later without telling us. Sandwiches were also falling apart when open on table and not tasted good. Dirty floor and sticky table. Worst subway ever.

One of the best subway sandwiches I've had so far!
Staff are friendly and can manage with good efficiency around busy lunchtime hour
However, seating is limited and I would recommend a little more cleaning on tables and general areas

Bought 3 cookies that were extremely stale. Really disappointed and the staff in this subway clearly do not adhere to food hygiene standards to have left it out that long that it got like that. Really disgusting, definitely avoid! Was not offered a receipt but would love for the customer services to get in contact with me

Too small. Waited way too long for order. Staff nice and polite, but seemed stressed. Food was OK.

My experience at the store was embarrassing, the cashier employee made fun of us because we didn't understand the purchasing process. He did not explain to us and then in a complicit manner with his partner and speaking to another client he made fun not only of us for speaking in Spanish, but of another group of tourists. And how did we understand? Because we don't speak fluent English, but we do understand. Maybe that's the part the employee didn't know. It leaves the brand and the city very bad, because in this country the majority have received us with great kindness. I do not recommend this place at all to enjoy the day. Needless to say, we went to another place without consuming anything.

I tried ordering a free drink and sub. The staff wouldn't give it me. They said I have 0 Subway points when I have over 800. I showed them my phone and they still wouldn't help me. I left embarrassed and without food or drink. Terrible service.

If you go with a meal deal, and ask for a lettuce for example, you will be overcharged without being told.

Been to subway several times the staff customer service is amazing especially Alan he sure is a credit to the team great customer service has respect and is very polite to his customers very well done to you all keep up the good
