Excellent tile showroom with wide range of quality tiles - includes boutique brands as well as more mainstream offerings and prices to suit all budgets.OK, so far not so different from many other places but what makes Stratford Tile Warehouse stand out is the helpful and knowledgeable staffOn our visit we were able to see and handle some lovely kitchen tiles we'd seen online and speak with staff who were able to provide useful information. No sales pressure, just good adviceOnce we'd decided, we placed the order over the phone. They called us back once the tiles were in stock. A few tiles had been damaged in transit, so they obtained replacements before arranging delivery.John Brown even dropped them off for us on a day when he was in the area looking at another job. That's service.Highly recommended and worth travelling for.

The owner was so helpful with me choosing my floor to complete my whole apartment Reno. I had restriction with noise for the apartment so John was was great at explaining what was best suited to me. Debbie was really great, in assisting with colour choices. Really happy and recommend to all, no shadow of a doubt. Best service and products.
