Such a kind & helpful team. Unfortunately, I got shingles while on holiday in the area & my local GP told me to see a pharmacist. The pharmacist at Stratford Chemist was happy to see me as soon as I could get there, she diagnosed straight away & I had a prescription within minutes. I was sceptical about not seeing someone at a doctor?s surgery but now I think it was more efficient - if all pharmacies are as good as this one!

I am in Stratford for the theatre and forgot my face cream. I called in and told the assistant and she pointed out a range for £1. It was so kind of her. It?s the kind of customer service from days gone back that it just doesn?t seem to exist anymore. I love to come to Stratford. The people are so friendly. Thank you for helping me.

I have been severely struggling with my Adhd and combined mental health this year due to miscommunications at my GP practice and ongoing medication shortage. The staff today were so reassuring and helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to reassure me and provide me with additional information around the medication and how to improve prescriptions from my GP. They are a genuine gem to the community and care about empowering those under their care. To those who were in the shop today on 21/12/24, thank you so much, you have made such a difference!

My husband forgot to put some of his tablets in. We were on holiday for a few days and called into this pharmacy to see if they could help. They were helpful from the lady at the till to the pharmacist who sorted the tablets out. I can't thank you enough

This is the best pharmacy in Stratford-upon-Avon! The staff is very nice, friendly and willing to help. I feel understood and cared for. I would highly recommend.

My partner and I travelled for an over night stay. Unfortunately my partner forgot important medication and we couldn't go back due to travelling buy train. Managed to get and emergency script via 111 however no one seemed to have the stock. Called the wonderful staff here who went above and beyond and managed to get the tablets. They were very professional friendly and polite and very grateful to them.

Absolutely despicable service. Blonde lady at the front desk is utterly rude and has zero customer service skills. Never going back; there are far better pharmacies in Stratford-upon-Avon who know how to treat other humans and how to speak with some degree of respect.

I prefer this chemist over Boots in Btidge Street. Located in a Tudor building with quite an old fashioned layout inside. The staff are helpful?, particularly the pharmacist

Came for a weeks holiday and came without one of my medications. The Pharmacist was very helpful and kind and told me to ask my GP to send a script to the cloud and they dispensed it for me. Thank you
