Very happy with my new Divan Bed, Went in on Saturday and was treated with great customer service from start to finish gave me the time and help to decide what bed i was after. Within less then a week the bed was ordered and fitted by the staff who were very nice as well very happy with my purchase

We found all the staff in the shop to be pleasant, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys also were helpful, happy to move furniture, which we couldn't move ourselves, to another room. They set up the bed checking with us where we wanted everything positioned.The beds are very good value and we would definitely recommend this firm as we are returning customers ourselves.

What a disappointment with after sales. Don't get me wrong, the service in the shop and the delivery were excellent. However, we ordered two new beds and mattresses. One to be used as a spare, it was cheaper and no problems with it. The other was bought for us. The mattress is nothing like the one on display. I have woken up with a bad back ever since having it-8 months now. The bed shop refuse to accept there is a problem. They do not have a returns policy and I have no rights with the credit card company to get my money back, or even just change the mattress. Just be warned!!! The manager was very obnoxious and rude too.

Friendly, informed and helpful staff, really great service from looking at stock through to delivery and very good value for money. Made us feel comfortable with our purchase, provided plenty of information when we asked questions and gave us space to make our minds up without feeling pressured. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bed - frame, mattress or both.

Great experience! They listened to our preferences and were very knowledgeable on all aspects. We travelled 50 minutes on recommendation and couldn't be happier with the mattress.

The person that served me (possibly the manager) was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. He went above and beyond helping me to select the right mattress. He was clearly passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses and how important getting the right one is. He also encouraged me to spend as long as I needed trying them and let me get on with it. I have bought a lot of mattresses due to ongoing spinal and joint issues and have had a hell of a time choosing the right one. I have picked the wrong one before and it has profoundly affected me as anyone suffering from sleep deprivation will attest to. Hopefully I?ve made the right choice this time.

Excellent customer service. Needed a bed quickly and they obliged with next day delivery. Delivery men delivered bed directly to the bedroom, removed the packaging and even attached my headboard. Very pleased and will definitely shop with them again. Thank you.

The service is amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were welcoming, considerate and courteous. My husband is disabled and so I had to be particular on the type of bed he needed. I would thoroughly recommend this store
