For starters Prices have gone up. Tried to extend parking 7 times via ringo amd kept failing but charging my account. Disgusting service people should park elsewhere now or just dont go to stratford anymore.

Went to the lorry and bus park for overnight parking had 2 vans and they want £22 each for overnight parking are you kidding me? Last time I was here was £8 per night and if you arrived after 8pm and if there was space only £2 no wonder the place was empty used to be full regularly the town must be losing out every night by others going elsewhere I used to stop regularly at the leisure centre carpark & go into town for a meal and a couple of beers no longer be stopping here such a shame greedy carpark owners!!

All family changing facilities filthy dirty. Toilets in foyer area even worse! Clearly staff aren't cleaning. Too busy on phones to care when I told them about it all ?. Will not be coming back!

The service is subpar, the staff don't even put up badminton nets on time. the toilets are always closed in the evenings. Honestly I think the staff here are lazy

Positive:Excelent swimmingpool, warm and clean water, enough lookers and showers.nice dry and wet sauna.Negative:No any space, chair, or sunbed to drop the towel when we were in the swimming pool.

Unhelpful staff. Both male and female toilets were disgusting, paper all over the floor, wash basins full of water and this is at 10.30a.mTold by the staff on reception there was no cleaning staff in today, however there was a woman standing directly behind him doing nothing.Not a good advert for a local public leisure centre. Maybe the staff organiser needs to wake up and ensure there is adequate staffing. Needs to be sorted out

The website is very poor. Lots of information you need is omitted or not made clear. I was trying to get my children some swimming lessons and all I wanted to know was the cost, they make it nearly impossible to find out, only stating £29 per month?! For how many sessions? No idea, simply says 30 mins. Prices are unaffordable and they spend a fortune on marketing with no mention of the price on the leaflets.

I have had the phone put down on me over 5 times now! I?m here on my holidays with my children, was told to call and book a slot when we got here as they were unable to book it last week which I was fine with, I wouldn?t have bothered if I?d have known how bad your receptionist is at answering phones ? my daughter is really upset!

So rude never again lady in reception shouldn't work ! How you can be that rude ....!!! Never again swiming lessons first they have to finde teachers!!! I do not recommend to anyone terrible place and staff
