On 9th March we collected an SQ5 from Lister's Audi, Stratford-upon-Avon. This was in part-exchange with our old Q5 hybrid and the fourth car we have bought from there. The new car was well presented, inside, in a viewing bay. The Salesman, Phil Smith, (and all other staff) made us feel welcome and valued Customers and the whole transaction went very smoothly. A very pleasant experience driving the car out of the bay and setting off home. Love the car! We can certainly recommend the Stratford branch of Lister's Audi. They are two and half hours away from where we live but well worth the trip for the level of service we receive. Keep up the good work!

I decided it was time to buy an EV. As I already had an Audi, I decided to look at the Audi e-tron, and contacted my local dealer - Stratford Audi. At the showroom we were introduced to Ben, and he has looked after us ever since. He provided various financial offers, and looked at different models. I part-exchanged my previous Audi, and collected my new car about two weeks after first contacting Stratford Audi. The whole process was friendly and professional, with no hard sell. And I am very happy with my new car.

I visited Stratford Audi for a routine service. Parking was easy to find. I was received by Sarah, who kept me updated at all times and helped me understand what different aspects of the service were. I also saw Vicky to discuss my options for getting a new Audi. Vicky was helpful and friendly. I had the option of sitting at the workstation with complimentary hot drinks, WiFi and a charging station.
