Staff are brilliant, however this is the 2nd time in a week where I?ve walked the 40 minute journey to get a drink and sit by the river and there?s no ice. This is obviously not the staff?s fault but they will end up getting the flack for whoever isn?t coming out to fix the machine and that?s not fair on them or customers.
As a company that is internationally in profit you would assume they follow this issue up to protect their staff during the warmer months. Stratford upon Avon is not always an understanding and compassionate place. Whereas I walked to the door and saw the sign, you will unfortunately get quite nasty customers who will fail to see it, go in and kick up a storm.
The company and heads above need to realise the umbrella affect this could have on the business as well as the lovely individuals that work there.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

have just visited your Stratford upon Avon store and was served by Ana, unfortunately I am having to express my disappointment in the service, as I am Coeliac I always examine my order prior entering the store, after being told they no longer sold what I wanted she suggested the caramel waffle cream, I asked Ana if this was Gluten free and she replied yes I then explained I was coeliac and asked to see the allergen sheet she tried to assure me that it didn?t contain gluten but to be safe I checked anyway, she took a while getting the information and in that time I checked online and could see that it contained Wheat.
This has absolutely caused distress to me as if I had gone with her suggestion it would have made me seriously ill meaning time of work.
Being coeliac is a recent thing over the last 6-8 months I have found it incredibly difficult to adjust and have anxiety going anywhere new. This has made a real set back for me and as a result have lost trust with this branch.
Ana didn?t seem to know much about allergens or the menu and feel its important to inform staff of the severity of having an allergy!

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps. Toilet is wheelchair accessible. Doors aren?t button or sensors though. You do have to manually push or pull

i love a starbucks however this one not so much the staff are rude and very slow, i was waiting for my drink for about 10-15 minutes (i was the only person in there, it was empty) the reason i waited so long was because they were too busy making one another drinks knowing they had a customer waiting. The drinks they were making for one another wasn?t being made before i placed my order. definitely won?t be going back

Alot of items out of stock on 18 June 2024. Lime cooler drink out of stock. Not sure what's meant to be stocked in the bottled drinks area but was only water. Would have liked a Diet Coke. Went with the coffee drinkers from my workplace. No amount of coaxing with a wooden spoon, would encourage the English tea leaf bag to get any stronger...very weak tea indeed. Must be the American idea of tea, not British!

I came here for a cup of tea on a day trip to Stratford-Upon-Avon. There were only 2 other customers when I arrived and it was nice and cool inside.
I gave 4 stars because some of the tables were messy and quite sticky.
For anyone who is going to visit, they do not accept cash.
Parking: This is on a main street where there is no parking. There is public parking within walking distance.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible entrance. Enough space around tables to manoeuvre a wheelchair.
