Faye provided fantastic customer service.
I approached specsavers with an unusual request of a prescription snorkel mask after previously getting prescription goggles from them, after being turned away by another branch stating they don't do such things, Faye and the Stratford team went above and beyond to track down a snorkel mask from a supplier and provided a time efficient quote. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommended the Stratford branch and Faye specifically to anyone looking for glasses or sports eyewear.

Having paid extra for scratch resistant lenses, this coating is coming off the lenses. Specsavers refused to provide replacement despite 3 members of staff confirming the coating was rubbing off, and extensive stretches. Unfortunately the company simply want your money and won?t replace items not fit for purpose. Avoid.

10/ 10 for the wonderful staff however I feel my eye check wasnt the best or very thorough I've spent more time selecting my frames! In and out in 10 mins after I've seen the optician and did a couple of eye tests. I spent more than 1h before at a diff optician's practice and the tests were extensive and top notch. I feel let down by the whole thing and won't recommend Specsavers based on my experience. In the end I think you get what you pay for although I've spent nearly £200 and feel totally let down.
