So far it's been 5 out of 5. My mother is elderly and so requires special supportive shoes due to ongoing arthritis issues.We find the shoes from here both winter and summer are helping her to retain her independence and her dignity. Wonderful service via on line as I live too far. Excellent advice about which shoes would suit. Sent for the recommended and things have improved greatly for me with arthritis, bunions etc etc. Mobility much better and do not dread going out. Very many thanks, will always be my first port of call from now on for shoes.
