I took a morning off work to go into the branch with all my ID to order a savings statement that I was unable to get online. Was told it would be 2 days. So I took another morning off work to go and collect it. I showed my sort code and account number on my online account but he refused to give it to me. Told me to go and get proper ID. Well you have just lost a customer. Will be closing my account and going to another bank.

Erratic opening times including closing 2 - 3 for lunch.Also, tried twice to open a children?s account but was told both times that they didn?t have correct staff in branch. They said they?d call when staff had been trained but they never did! Had to go to another bank!
