Got yelled at by a male member of staff when he was making me wait at the till whilst he filled up scratch cards. A female cashier asked me to go to her till, and he screamed at me that I needed to wait. He embarrassed me in front of a queue of people, and I won?t be back unless I absolutely need to.

Got myself yourghut and it had gone off. Tried calling to let the shop know that they had yourghut that had gone off in their shelves, no-one picked up. Walked into the shop the following day to let them know and showed them a picture. The gentleman there was like to me ohh we need to see the actual yorghut not a picture. I had to be clear and told him that getting back my money was not my concern but that they had yoghurts that had gone off being sold on their shelves?.

Sainsbury's Local on Bridge Street is in a good location in the historic town centre of Stratford Upon Avon, it is a convenience store so the prices are inflated compared to a regular Sainsbury's, and the prices come at a premium.The overall look and feel of the store is indistinguishable to any Sainsbury's Local I have visited, they also support Smart Shop, where you are able to use the Sainsbury's Smartshop app to scan items as you're walking around the store, and then use your phone to pay and leave.The only difference I noticed about this store compared to other Sainsbury's Local locations, was how the milk was displayed on a metal milk crate, rather than the traditional open refrigerated shelf.The store was reasonably cleanI did notice the selection of to-go food and drink to be quite pricey, perhaps this is to push people towards purchasing a meal deal. (With a lack of gluten-free options on here other than an awful seeded bread sandwich if you're lucky, this isn't something I'd go for)They do close at 10 pm here, which could catch out-of-town visitors off guard, as Sainsbury's Local stores are usually open until 11 pm, the extra hour is crucial for me so it is a shame they close this store early, especially as their is a lack of alternatives nearby.3*

Walked in today to buy some dog food and i instantly new i was being watched when i went up to the counter to ask where the dog food was and was asked what i put in my pocket as the lady assumed that i was stealing. bear in mind that it is freezing at the moment it?s very normal to walk around with your hands in your pockets. i instantly felt uncomfortable in the shop and quickly bought the dog food very strange situation and definitely won?t be shopping here again

I just been to the city as a visit, visited this sainsbury and was very surprised with one of the staff Mandy she was following us around ever since we entered, we asked if there's anything wrong all she say I'm doing my job, she targeted us and been racist even after we spoke to the manger she called the police on us and still she was at fault. Nothing happened but I'd never come back again, very disappointed having such racist people working in a tourists hot spot. I feel bad for the will visit our this lovely city in the future because people like her shouldn't be working in such cities at least. Hope the management takes action, however I'd be in touch with them hoping for some action against her.

Bought a box of larger for 11 pound and Bought 30grams of tobacco which cost 11 pound but I was charged 33 pound?? I only noticed when I got home too late to question..can I ask that you make sure you charge customers the right amount
