Initially impressed by the team in Stratford. They were efficient and responsive throughout the letting process. Our property was advertised for less than a day before finding multiple applicants to choose from. I knocked off a star because both tenants and landlords were mislead by inacurate communication from Bennetts. Hopeful that these hiccups can be overcome by the landlord and tenant working together.
