Very bad experience during my stay .I would not recommend this to anyone who is staying for work.WiFi and safety was major concern during my stay as key card was not working and someone entered in our room and throughout whole week WiFi was pathetic even though we were moved to new room for better WiFi..

Great stay, clean room, good location short walk to centre of Stratford !
Staff were really nice and extremely accommodating and looked after us very well Ebonnie was great.
Very well catered for Allergies as well and made fresh to order :)

Sad to see that a big chain like Premier Inn has resorted to the money-grabbing tactics - you now have to pay £15 even if you are only 30mins early to check-in, it wasn't that long ago they would bend over backwards for their guests.

Standard Premiere Inn chain hotel. Nice spacy rooms with new furniture, renovated bathroom. Breakfast is ok. Price is very nice for what you are getting. Only issue I had was that it was not possible to open the window.

No hot water in bathroom sink still none on second day despite reporting problems Insufficient lighting on TV side of bedroom.Lts of outside noise coming from fast food outlet car park at 2.30 am (motor bikes)

Where do i start. We came back to the hotel after a night out. Someone was serving alcohol but didnt know who it was. Eventually 3 staff came in from outside that were smoking leaving the bar unatteneded. Some people that were staying here were helping themselves behind the bar. Cut a long story short we got accused of serving ourselves. Told them to check the cameras. We did nothing wrong. The staff are ridiculous. The one member of staff refused to give her name and removed her badge

The rooms were okay and the level of service was good. I ordered a veggie breakfast (something they offered) and this part had to be the worst part of the stay. Rooms are clean and staff were relatively friendly but slightly forgetful.
