Every time I come to Stratford I stay at this hotel. The price is quite reasonable considering the rooms, which are comfortable and spacious, with everything you need, and especially the location, given that it is in the center of Stratford, close to the river and all the tourist spots. It is very good quality-price!

Bit of a weird one. Hotel has a very strange layout. You come through the door, go up 4 flights and then to the reception. Then down two more floors to the rooms. Not a big deal but if you're disabled it'll be a right pain. Rooms great as always. No parking but there is plenty about.

Cold rooms, bad accessibility and no family feeling whatsoever.

Location fabulous. Lots of steps (even once you get up to reception level there's still lots of sets of steps along corridors to rooms) heating was very noisy at 4am in our room when it came on but it needed to be on as it was so cold without it on. We went for breakfast at 9am unfortunately the eggs (both fried and scrambled) beans, and hash browns had all been batch cooked sometime before and were all cold..was not great I don't like wasting food but no way can I eat cold beans and eggs.

Asked for a change of room, the allocated room smelt of smoke, quickly given another superior room.
Nearby activities: In the heart of Shakespeare country, the High Street is two mins walk away with RSC another five mins away. Central location ideally placed for other locations....

Rooms, bed and staff always great. Parking's a bit of a walk to nearest multistory (especially with bags) no draught on the bar either, but had a decent stay tbh

Cheap quality breakfast
No continental breakfast unless you count Toast as an option!
Half a roll of toilet paper ? left in room
Not a pleasant stay .
Rooms: Lack of toilet paper
Walkability: Close to town
Food & drinks: Poor quality food
Noteworthy details: Off site parking only

We've visited multiple times each year for over a decade, and keep returning, which must count as a good review!
Rooms: Decent, basic rooms, and more reliably good than competitors.
Walkability: Very handy for the Royal Shakespeare and Swan Theatres.
Food & drinks: Fine for the usual Premier Inn breakfast, but the in-house restaurant is very basic and Stratford has much better just a short walk away.
Noteworthy details: The weirdest building interior I know, with twisting corridors and floor levels that don't seem to match.

Stayed for just 1 night on a road trip, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly. We also had breakfast here and it was very nice with lots of different foods to choose from. Overall, it is a very calm and friendly environment and we really enjoyed our stay
Rooms: Nice

Excellent Purple Palace with standard rooms and facilities. Always a good stay and good nights sleep. The corridors are a little up and down and it was quite a walk to the room which wouldn?t be easy with big suitcases. Staff were very helpful in making it a good stay

Exceptional service from the staff. Jack went above and beyond, delivering us snacks and excellent service to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Food was great and room never disappoints. Thank you very much, Jack. We will be sure to return in the future!
