I am not sure why this place has 4 stars. They have no consistency with appointments. They change and cancel appointments leaving you without a groomer for months. Staffing is obviously a problem that they are not addressing. Try to call customer services you can never get through.

We have a dog and find the advice from the staff very helpful. Seems like a great place to buy pet products for pet lovers. Very large store with great value products.

Unless, rude staff. Can't even identify the sex of live stock of small pets in stock, when asked to see them as interested in buying one they simply lift up the hide they are under and and then lock rhe cabinet back up and walk away. Thank god Leamington is near by, so much helpful and the staff actually want to talk and help with your interest/purchase
