I called the store to check how long delivery would take, as I needed the shoes I was going to order quickly. The delightful lady I spoke to was interested enough to ask which shoes I was going to order (I knew thet were in stock, having checked online). She told me I'd probably have them by the following Wednesday, (this was Friday lunchtime) but she'd look out for my online order to make sure it was dealt with promptly. I placed my order and got 10% off as a new customer and I received my shoes before lunchtime the NEXT day! I'm absolutely thrilled with the shoes, but even more with the fantastic service I received. Postage was free, as my order was over £30! I will definitely shop with Parkinson's online again and when I'm next in Stratford upon Avon I will visit the store. Thank you Parkinson's - it's rare these days to receive such superb service.

Visited Stratford today and meet Dani who greeted us both with a bubbly smile.
Both her & colleague, Danni clearly had knowledge of the range of Barbour and somehow built my wife confidence in what looked good for the occasion.
One coat became 2 and I?ve one happy wife on her birthday.

Had a lovely experience with the shop. They were proactive and noticed a small bit of damage on the shoes I brought and they were very helpful in offering me different options in terms of refunds or compensation. Quick replies and friendly service.

Went and visited the Stratford upon Avon shop today and felt like we were judged the moment we walked in. Had a look around and was looking at some things we liked, 3 members of staff in the shop and not one of them said a word, no hello, can I help, nothing. All just stood by the till staring at us, giving us dirty looks and looking at us like thief?s. We felt extremely uncomfortable and left. I won?t be returning and buying anything from you

The staff appear to have anything in the world better to do than their actual jobs. I?ve just visited this store looking for a new Barbour jacket. Two staff leaning on the desk. No greeting, no ?can I help you?.I was actively looking at and trying coats on and they still couldn?t shift themselves to ask if I needed help. I did; I wanted to buy a £300 coat. However due to their zero level of interest in me, I?ve made a note of the reference number and I?ll buy online. Shocking service.
