I had problems with the app so had to ring up and pay £6 for delivery the driver was very nice and explained the situation the pizza and even the garlic pizza was made horrible the cheese was all slanted they had just threw the dip ontop on the pizza and it scraped loads off by the looks of it isn?t the drivers fault but the shops fault the pizza is also paper thin even tho I didn?t ask for thin

I'm disappointed with the service I received today. After waiting for over 30 minutes for my pizza order, I was further disappointed to find that the pizza was cold. Waiting that long for a meal is unacceptable, and receiving it cold only added to the frustration. As a paying customer, I expect better service and quality control. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for my order. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope steps will be taken to prevent such issues in the future

One employee male is always incredibly rude and seems like he dosent want the job the female one with the hijab is nice though. :)

If I could give 0 I would can?t even make a pizza, ordered half and half. One being bbq and no bbq sauce comes , happens often. Sends a new one but only a medium so our rest of the pizza is cold. Awful customer service. Go

Delivery drivers are really friendly and we always have a great experience ordering from papa johns. The fastest delivery takeout there is! 100% recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options and the best vegan chicken bites there is!

Not only did these chaps prepare some of the best, freshest, warmest pizza I've ever had, they also gave us expert advice on navigating the city, where to find a taxi, and they also refilled our water bottles! Thanks, guys, you really saved our trip!
