The staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful.
Four years ago - the weekend just before lockdown was announced - I went here with my ex and he bought me a promise ring of my choosing. I loved that ring as I loved him. Lockdown happened, life happened. We tried and we had some amazing times; but as we grew, we grew apart.
This Saturday, four years on, I went back. I told my story to the ladies in the shop, explaining that this time I was back, single, to buy my own promise ring to myself. And they were so nice and understanding, and it totally justified my trip back. The woman who served me said she'd treated herself after she split with her ex. She was patient and we discussed what my style was and she helped me choose - not just the style but size also.

I made a few purchases from Pandora stratford upon avon on 8th December. At the busiest time of the year, the staff were so helpful, had time to chat, and the staff member serving me literally got my life story. The charms I were getting were for memorial purposes for myself and she took the time to listen to the reason for each one. Was also quite entertained I would think!!! You really couldn't write it!!! To her it was possibly an episode of eastenders, to myself and my cousin it was so very special. Absolutely wonderful experience, friendly staff, friendly atmosphere. Five stars all the way ??

I come into this store regularly and A lot of the other staff really don?t seem to care and normally don?t bother to ask if you need any help or even smile at you. I went in with a loose clasp the other day, Surpiya looked after us and took so much time and care talking to me and showing me different things. She helped me get a new bracelet and a groot charm and generally seem to care a lot about me as a customer and really went the extra mile. Was a lovely experience - thank you so much to surpiya!!

This store is just the best. There is always such a great range in stock and nothing is ever to much for the exceptionally friendly staff. Priya and Emma are just the best and always go the extra mile to ensure you leave the store happy. Highly recommended.
