We ordered take out and waited for it to be ready, restaurant was quiet and food was prepared quickly. Staff were uninterested and not friendly. An item from my order was missed, this wasn?t realised until we got home, 20 minutes away. The bag was sealed and I wanted it to stay warm while we travelled home. I won?t be going back and a lesson learned to check everything when receiving take out food.

When we arrived at nando's one of the staff who welcomed us did it in a Attitude way and then walked off then we finally got a booth our drinks came out on time with my starter but they only gave use small cups as the ran out of big cups and said we will get big cup but didn't then the same staff that welcomed us brought our food over and slammed them on the table and then was about to walk away but then came back I asked for the bigs cups which she bought over and again slammed them in a Attitude on the table which made us feel uncomfortable and upset which meant I had to speak to the manager and told them that what the staff did she spoke to her and then came over and apologise which I did think she ment as she was smiling as she said she's always like that which is Unprofessional for a waiter

Good service, prompt delivery of food, however food is now very expensive for what it is, would try other places in future simply down to the cost

Came out on a Saturday evening, entered premises, just stood in the doorway for literally 5-10mins with other parties at no time did any of the staff take the time to acknowledge any of us they would be with us shortly, just stood there like lemons! A member of the team eventually came over literally like he was stoned just shocking quality of staff there. Food no efforts to present, really has put me off Nando?s again, the Stratford one in such a nice place but just a waste of an evening!

I can only echo what others have said We?ve used this Nando?s many times since it opened. Admittedly not recently but boy it?s gone downhill It didn?t look like they were short staffed, we were seated straight away. I ordered off the app because that easiest. 20 minutes food arrives - no drinks. We ask about them and they only bring one of them, and they questioning if the other drink was ordered (yes it was). Food was cold, chips were dry like they?d been sat out for ages. Bread roll was awful, like it hadn?t even been cooked/heated up at all. First person (we assume the manager) asks us if everything is ok and we politely tell him the issues. He did apologise and offer to have it remade but we didn?t want to be sat around waiting any longer. Then another person asks us if our food is ok?then ANOTHER person asks us 3 minutes later. A total of 3 staff members asking if our food was ok! The manager did come back and offer free dessert but we declined Overall a real shame. It?s not like the place was busy either 6/7 tables. I?ve had better service in Birmingham Bullring than we had here. Won?t rush to go back

Food sat under the lamps waiting for the sides for 10 minutes. Management seem to prioritise take away and delivery. Told the manager, James, that it was poor service but he offered no reason for the wait apart from an apology. Terrible food, terrible management and won't be going back. Avoid

Depressing hour spent here. Uncleared tables outside to greet yet restaurant not busy.Unenthusiastic taking of order,food took ages and when we got it it was cold - the meal was waiting for the chips so hot chips , cold wrap! The vegan wrap was horrible to boot. No non alcoholic beer too. Shakespeare tragedy right there?

Order wrong but noticed on bill and advised immediately but after 40 mins wait for food the wrong (original) order came, was nearly cold and dried out. There were very few chips (ordered as large chips) as to be ridiculous. Just such a poor experience.

What has happened to this place?? Dirty toilets dirty floors, food served chicken was dry and not hot Left out tomatoes from salad, manager and staff not very helpful gave a very lame excuse Place seemed very disorganised

Walked in at pretty much opening on a Monday lunchtime during school hols. The table could have been a big cleaner as it was a bit sticky, and the toilets need a deep clean, however the food excellent and well cooked. Everyone loved what they had. Staff were nice and friendly.

My brother and I are regulars in Birmingham so today we wanted to have a day out and decided to go Nando?s as it?s one of our favourites. The staff were quite nice but the quality of the hygiene was horrible. Firstly we had bits of food on the edge of my plate and in the middle as well. Secondly the cups had bits of on it as well with some sort of white hair in total we ordered 4 drinks until we had decently hygienic glasses. Lastly my brother had a clump hair on his chips near the end of our experience . It was quite disappointing seeing the state of the hygiene.

We left before ordering. My family and I are Nando?s regulars, we eat once a week, usually in the leamington spa branch, but have eaten in Nando?s all across the country. Never have I seen such a dirty and messy Nando?s, food all over the floor. Tables has been reset for new diners but the floor not swept. We were shocked so we left.

Nando's has always been our top choice for eating out, and we have visited this chain several times. We decided to pop in for a pre-cinema meal and had an abysmal experience. It was busy, but after waiting nearly fifteen minutes for drinks, we were surprised. We do not like confrontation but realised we had to raise the issue only to be given some excuse that they were searching for stock in the backroom. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Five minutes later, our drinks arrived. Two orders were correct, but the other was utterly wrong. We looked the other way, hoping for a better experience with our food: we were wrong. By this time, the initial rush had died down. We waited nearly forty-five minutes for our food, and the start of our movie was nearing. We chased it up only to be given cold food. The service reaction of the staff member serving us was pretty rude. The table next to us said that they had seen a few people over the few hours they had sat down and been met with similar experiences. Fortunately, one staff member was kind enough to ask the manager to refund us. We discovered it had not been the only complaint and refund of the night as there had been several. We were glad that we ended up with a refund, but having to fork out more to eat in the cinema was certainly not a part of the plan. I doubt we will be going back to this particular branch anytime soon.

Very disappointed, walked in, was told to use the app then ignored until we went up to the counter, so why couldn't we have done that in the first place, also no Internet connection, if you want us to use an app, give us WiFi. Won't be going again unless it changes and I love Nando, so very upset all through the meal, also the place was almost empty yet they sat a family next to us, I got fed up trying to get past them so moved tables. Grrr
