Asked if a penny short would be a problem for an item I intended to buy and was very publicly told "we're not a charity." Pretty rude and inconsiderate given the number of times I've told them to keep the change.

Beware of your hard earned cash here guys because everytime I've been served by the tall thin chatty guy with dark hair, he short changes me by a pound here and there, so now on I'll be asking for receipts

Best store I've been in for a long time. So much on offer there. You need time to look around as so many different things that you don't normally find in most stores.Lovely staff, very helpful.Would highly recommend that if you are in the area, visit the store. You won't be disappointed.
