I didn't even get in the door I just finished work and walked to grab food as I was walking in the security guard said were shut and started to shut the door which hit me he was not apologetic and quite rude I understand if you are shut but maybe let us know and we will turn round

Food was just your standard MC Donald's food. The place wasn't the cleanest though multiple tables were covered in wrappers an left over food .. people really need to clean up after themselves.

Horrendous delivery practices. Several items were missing from the order. When we called the restaurant, the guy on the other end said he'd check up on it only to leave the call hanging for 10 minutes, then turn off the phone line so they wouldn't have to deal with it. Not the first time this scenario has played out either, according to other reviews. 4th Jan 2025

There was a very big miscommunication I said I want just 3 fries and they gave 2 fries and when I was ordering I said I want 4 fries and 4 burgers and 4 drinks but they gave only one fries and there are some small flying insects flying around my table.

Absolutely disgusting. Disgraceful customer service. I ordered 6 packets of free ketchup. I got 2! I'm an avid sauce user- sauce makes or breaks the meal. You are 2 pots of sauce were enough for one dip of burger. How am I supposed to consume my chips without sauce, it's too dry. I asked for more ketchup, they refused to give me any more than 2. Disappointing. Additionally there was too much mayo (which I hate) in my burger.

Abhorrent delivery practices. Ordered from the breakfast menu at 10am using the McDonalds app; went through multiple drivers, arrival time getting later and later, until it had been TWO HOURS since I placed my order. I quickly realised I wasn?t going to receive anything.
I contacted the restaurant, to which they just said ?we stop serving breakfast at 11 so it isn?t being made?. The order was never cancelled, I had to manually cancel it myself via customer support to fix an issue on the restaurant?s end. Deeply unprofessional and deceitful business practices; if the restaurant cannot fulfil a given order, the app should either not allow it to go through, or they should contact the individual directly.

My mum ordered through the app, a whole order was missing and the other bag had a drink spilt all over it from where the lid was thrown on. Uber Eats say McDonald?s is responsible as it was ordered directly through the app, so she called Bridge Street where a lad said he would check her order number. He left her on the line for 20 minutes before hanging up! She then rang back multiple times over an hour and they left the phone off the hook so they didn?t have to respond. The food that was delivered was stone cold, she only had half a coffee?? (For real, where is the other half) She has had no dinner after a full working day; no refund after spending her money! Customer service and responsibility from staff is an absolute joke. Got pictures, got order number, will be taking further

We went and it was very busy at the time. I ordered the Mcplant but unfortunately found a hair in my burger. Took it back to the till and the manager said he would refund me and gave me another burger.

As a Coeliac ( Sausage and egg mcmuffin no muffin) it made a change for someone with brains to not put the cheese on the bottom so it doesn't stick to the box. They realised it's better to put it on the top
