Popped in to the Cafe, sandwiching cutlery almost thrown at me by lady with short dark hair....I've never seen someone so miserable serving food. Food was just about edible. Staff definitely need to wash their hands more as I saw one of then cleaning her nose then serving food...

I was in m&s about 10 minutes ago and was just getting a refund, the scanner wasn?t working and the lady who served me was very helpful (I don?t know her name) but was very helpful. There was another younger girl who was called Sophie and she was helping an older lady get a taxi home. It was so nice to see especially that she was also so patient with her too. Thank you for your kindness

Excellent selection of clothing both men?s and ladies. All right on trend. Well laid out and staff very nice and helpful. Restaurant also clean and bright with a reasonable selection of cakes and sandwiches given the size of the store.

We've taken to going to city centre M&S cafes for great coffees and cake rather than the Starbucks and Costas on our month long tour of England. M&S provides comfort, complimentary iced water (Starbucks take note) fast free WiFi and clean toilets so it's all good. It's buy 6 get one free if you use their app. I mean there's no downsides and M&S pay tax and are a decent company that we trust. Our tour is going well with the only downside being the weather is lousy.

I can honestly say I have never come across such an unhelpful assistant,on the bakery counter in bridge street marks and Spencer.....I went Elsewhere...Not a smile,good morning... Doesn't hurt to be polite...

I wanted to leave a glowing review for Hayley who looked after me so kindly today whilst I was at the cafe. She served me a very tasty Eggs Royale. Hayley was so lovely taking great care to present a beautiful brunch for me- she even had to go down to the shop floor to get smoked salmon as they had run out- in spite of this, my breakfast was served promptly. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend coming to the cafe to experience not just the high quality food but also the warm and friendly staff. 10/10! Many thanks, Kate Duke
