I met lovely Claire at the lush shop in Stratford on Avon, she was polite, friendly and coincidentally suffers from fibromyalgia like myself. She talked me through all the stuff that she uses that helps with the symptoms. I purchased a few of the products she recommended and they're amazing. So thank you Claire with the green hair (lol) you were a massive help and hope to see you again soon.

I took my Brownie unit to Lush last night for a private event. The brief was that we wanted to teach the girls some pampering techniques that they can do on their Mum's the following week for a Mother's Day pamper party.The team (Ellen & Hannah) exceeded expectations in teaching the girls how to deliver a simple facial & a hand/arm massage. The team were patient with a large group of excited girls. Answered questions well & also made the session so fun.They were generous with treats for everyone to go home with & even kept a till open so the girls could buy bits if they wanted (which was more than what I expected)Thank you really doesn't cut it - everyone loved their time in store & we will all be raving about how fantastic it was for ages!!!

Lush - Claire gave fantastic advice about the 4.20 bath bomb, massage bar and perfume. It has helped me so much with joints, anxiety, sleepless nights and issues associated with the menopause.Claire thank you so much you have made my life so much better by taking time to explain the benefits to me.

I went into Lush last week and was served by Hannah, she was so lovely. She couldn't have been more helpful. I've had some issues with my hair and she took me through all the different products and asked what scents I liked, what my hair type is and what I wanted. She was really kind and fun to talk to and gave me some testers for things I wasn't sure of buying yet. I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner and hair mask she recommended and definitely feel like my hair is on the mend. Thank you so much!

Lush in Stratford Upon Avon is lovely. I was lucky enough to meet Grace who knew so much about the products and was incredibly helpful, engaging and delightful to talk to. She was really patient about discussing the limited edition delights, as well as the time and skill that goes into creating the various bath and body products. She knew her stuff right back to the original lush launch selections and gorilla perfume creations, and it was really interesting and funny to chat to somebody with a genuine passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of Lush. Lush products make showering and bathing, skin and haircare, a joyful experience rather than a chore. Their exquisite products go a long way, and the focus on cruelty-free, sustainable business practices mean they are as ethical as they are indulgent. Phoebe was excellent. Very polite and friendly She explained some products to me and gave me some samples to try at home. This was very welcome as I would like to find some products that are suitable for me. I really appreciated Pheobe's help and advice. She is an exceptional Lush employee.

Absolutely amazing staff!! My daughter had her birthday party here and they couldn?t have been more accommodating. Some of the children including my daughter have special needs and they were just fantastic hosts. They got loads of goodies, really good value for money.

My partner and I have been customers for quite a while with this shop and always enjoy our experience, this time though we had an extremely helpful and informative lady give us some advice on skin care as well as how the company came to be along with how LUSH operate by being fair with tge farmers in other countries and how they help the people working with them. We were diverted by the luscious smells coming from the door, Claire served me, and helped me choose a shower gel that smelled similar to one that Lush no longer produces. Maria served my friend and we all got chatting, they were both very friendly and very knowledgeable, will definitely be going back when we visit Stratford again.

I visited lush mainly just to browse, a lovely shop assistant called Maria came to assist, she was most pleasant and more than willing to help me, she wasn't pushy at all, she was very knowledgeable and I came away with the most amazing smelling bath bomb, I would most definitely recommend a visit to this store and make sure you get the assistance from Maria she was awesome ??

I?ve dropped in a couple times now, and the staff have been extremely helpful each time! I was looking for a present for a friend, and as someone who?s not really a bath person, I was able to get some great advice on a bath bomb. I also hadn?t realized that Lush has a perfume line. I went back another day and got some great recommendations for myself. I know a bit about what kinds of perfumes don?t work for me, but they were able to help me find one that smells great (and Lord of Misrule is just a fun name). The staff are all very knowledgeable and worth a visit!

Annoyingly I?ve lost the receipt! I visited on Saturday 3rd feb to get my daughter a birthday gift. The young lady that helped was wonderful (I hadn?t got a clue what I was doing! ?) she helped me build a wonderful basket with a wrap and we left very happy x 5 out of 5 from me ?

Always lovely staff in this shop, but Claire today was fantastic. She took the time to listen to what I needed and made great recommendations. Will give these a go and hopefully be back to purchase the full size versions.
