I recently purchased a property that was listed with Knight Frank. The offer process was handled by William Ward-Jones, we were kept updated frequently until a response from the seller was received and it was handled incredibly fairly. After our offer was accepted we were assigned a sales progressor, Giselle Holman who kept us informed of the sellers buying status and ensured the process was moving ahead at an acceptable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a property again through them in the future!

Selling a property after the death of a parent and dealing with the probate system is an emotional time. So it was so reassuring to meet Will from Knight Frank . He was professional and friendly and I felt we could trust him and the company to take over the sale. Communication was excellent, any email or phone call to Will was returned very promptly. Recently sold my property with Will at Knight Frank. Will managed to secure a full price cash offer and this was in excess of other agents valuations. Will kept me informed at all times and was great at dealing with purchasers taking stress from me! Would definitely use again ?.(but not yet?moving is stressful) ?

Our experience of Knight Frank could not have been better!. We had employed two agents prior to appointing KF - neither could be compared with KF for the excellent service we received - particularly from Will Ward-Jones.The sale was extremely difficult but Will was with us throughout what was a very traumatic and worrying time.He kept us fully up to date - speaking with us almost daily and giving us the support and reassurance we so much needed.We have already recommended KF's services and in particular Will Ward -Jones to two or three people and will not hesitate to do so whenever the opportunity arises.Thanks also to all the staff who dealt with our sale - they were without exception most professional and caring.A definite 5 Stars - thank you!

Sold a second property in 2 years through James Way at the Stratford office and again received a 5 star service. Highlights are that his estimate of the likely selling price was close to, but less than, what was actually achieved and he recommended a process (offers-over and a closing date) that worked well for a pretty special property. Finally but importantly to me, Knight Frank staff handled all the viewings (100+!!) and managed the process to a successful conclusion some 4 weeks after going to market. Very impressed and they earnt their fee. In my opinion Knight Frank Stratford are very professional and twice now have avoided the usual estate agency ploy of over-valuing a property to get the business and then having to manage the owner's expectation downwards.

I would just like to say that Samantha from Knight Frank has been exceptional in managing the sale of my late parents house. Things haven't been easy with a pandemic & delayed searches but she has remained positive with the sale, communicating well, keeping everyone informed & above all chasing those that needed chasing to then conclude the sale in December.
