Extremely poor service. We were interested in a house that King were selling, and the owners of the business cam to our home to value it and discuss the property they were selling. It was time sensitive as the property they were selling had already had an offer so they said "lets get you in for a viewing quick". A week later we haven't heard anything form them and they have not replied to our chase email.

We sold our house through King Homes last month. It was our first ever experience and so despite all our research, we were confused and hesitant when it came to choosing the right agents. I must say, going with Kings had been the best ever decision we could have made. From start, their professional attitude, attention to detail and most of all their availability/responsiveness impressed us. The whole team was great but Jessica in particular was incredible throughout. She made sure we got all support and was available throughout the process whenever we had any difficultly or required any support. Would definitely use again whenever we plan to buy/sell a property in future and can happily recommend Kings to everyone with full confidence!

We purchased through King Homes - what a lovely company to deal with! Helpful, not pushy and really worked hard to find us a property that truly met our needs. Jess was simply amazing. We hope to be in our new home a good few years, but King homes will be our first choice of Estate Agent if and when we look to move again.
