Tried to see if they could provide an estimate for some potential roofing works with some rough measurements and images and they rang me, tried to charge me £185 to do a whole survey and when I explained it was more just an estimate I was hoping for the gentleman became quite irate said no, we don't work for nothing.I was hoping they could provide an estimate to give us a rough idea which would incline me to use them when we require the works which is generally done in construction however I won't be contacting them after the poor service. Even if he just politely said sorry, no, we are unable do that, that would have been fine, but he was quite rude about me asking.
