Contacted the agent back in August 2024, this was a difficult sale because the lease needed an extention. New buyer found and was kept interested in the sale. Lease was successfully extended by the solicitor and sale went ahead in early July. The delay in sale was in no way the fault of the agent in fact they kept my buyer and myself fully informed and the deal with the lease was completed.
In particular I would like to thank Roger who was always on the ball with information on the sale. Thank you Roger.

Unprofessional don?t let you know if your offer has been accepted or not instead get you to make two more offers with no decision or answer and ask to look at your proof of funds even though your offer has not even been excepted . Negotiators are not experienced and have no sales or negotiation skills whatsoever mess you around right left and centre. Dreadful experience i would give zero stars. Don?t put your house on the market as they will put off potential buyers with their unprofessional ways. Dreadful agency. They completely ruined the chance of my friend buying a house and treated her appallingly. Worst estate agents in Stratford Upon Avon!

Very disappointed with lack of professionalism and poor service from this estate agent. We placed an offer on a house. Had very little communication and continuously promised a call back. Would definitely not recommend. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Each member of staff we dealt with in respect of the sale of our house was totally professional. Moving house is an infrequent occurrence and so a degree of hand-holding is needed. The staff were good at this and communications were timely and comprehensive. We would certainly recommend this firm.
