Contacted the agent back in August 2024, this was a difficult sale because the lease needed an extention. New buyer found and was kept interested in the sale. Lease was successfully extended by the solicitor and sale went ahead in early July. The delay in sale was in no way the fault of the agent in fact they kept my buyer...
