Visited today and always a favourite spot of ours. Milkshakes are so good! My only negative is that the baby change in the toilets needs a really really good clean. It's filthy. I ran a baby wipe over it and it was so dirty it needs a proper scrub not just a wipe over.

Disappointing Experience ? Not Worth the Hype
I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The ice cream tasted artificial and overly sweet, with an icy texture rather than the creamy richness you?d expect. The flavors were uninspiring, and it seemed like they weren?t using quality ingredients.
The coffee was equally disappointing?weak and lacking depth, more like something you?d get from a cheap vending machine rather than a specialty coffee shop. To make matters worse, the service was slow and unfriendly. The staff seemed disinterested, and it took forever to get our order, even though the shop wasn?t busy.
For the prices they charge, I expected much better. There are plenty of other spots with better ice cream and coffee, so I won?t be coming back.

Waited for about 15 minutes, behind a family, 4 other staff behind the counter totally ignored us, most of the tables were full of plates, cups etc so they weren't being cleared, perhaps we were invisible, so we walked out and won't be returning

Loved coming here in the past. Visited about 4pm today with my hubby and we waited and waited and waited in the queue. The family in front of us were having lots of tasting of several icecreams, which is fine as we were next in line. Then a young lady with child pushed in, placed their order and carried on being served by staff. At least 4/5 members of staff were behind the counter and we waited and waited feeling totally ignored. After approx 15 minutes we were so fed up with being ignored we left. The staff need training in customer service. This was our go to destination when in town but no more.
Today we were invisible apparently.

We popped into Hooray's for waffles & ice cream & what a treat! The portions were generous & very reasonably priced. The gelato was fantastic & so many flavours to choose from. I recommend snickers & blueberry cheesecake ones.
The staff were super friendly & helpful even topping up our water bottle for us before we left. They were also extremely efficient, serving the steady flow of customers quickly & calmly even when there was a rush.
You can even buy tubs to take home for the freezer. It's just as well I don't live closer as I'd be the size of a house!
If you're in Stratford you've got to get dessert from Hooray's.

The gelato choices are great, pistachio nuts ice cream (normal and vegan version) could be there highlighted ice cream menu in the shop, the vegan version is nice, with a tune of patischio taste but the sugary was slightly overtaken.
Looking forward to if they have a keto version will be a bonus.

A really lovely place to pop into and have a nice desert from the extensive menu. I personally went with the mint choc chip ice cream and loved it. However, it seems they have a brilliant selection of Shakes, Waffles, Crepes : whatever you feel like!
Would recommend, prices relatively steep but nothing ludicrous for the size of the portions. Lots of seating is also offered for families with kids, but I?d suppose most people pop in and out with their ice creams. There?s also a great Vegan selection for those who wish.
Vegetarian options: Vegan/Vegetarian gelatos.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of Vegan/Vegetarian choices.
